Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Tart
A frozen dessert with a rich, refreshing flavor, smooth texture, and elegant appearance.
Ingredients
chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies (crushed)
2-1/4 cups
butter (melted)
1/3 cup
cream cheese (softened)
2 packages (8 ounces each)
confectioners’ sugar
1/3 cup
vanilla or white chips (melted and cooled)
3 cups
heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup
Chocolate curls (optional)

Make the Crust
In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch fluted tart pan with a removable bottom. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the melted vanilla or white chips, cream, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in the miniature chocolate chips; pour over the crust.

Freeze
Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Thaw and Garnish
Uncover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving; garnish with chocolate curls as desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
