On a cheesecake base, topped with softened lemon slices and blueberries for a light, refreshing finish.

lemon (sliced and softened in boiling water)
2 slices
blueberries

Chill the cheesecake base
Place the cheesecake base in the refrigerator to chill.

Prepare the lemons
Slice the lemons and soften them in boiling water. You can add a little honey while boiling for flavor.

Decorate with lemon
Cut the lemon slices into 4 pieces and arrange them on top of the cheesecake base.

Garnish with blueberries
Scatter blueberries on top to finish.
