Garlic Ribs

Ingredients

Pork ribs 3 ribs
Garlic 8 cloves
Lemon 5 drops
Honey 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 slices

Step 1

Prepare the pork ribs and minced garlic

Marinate the pork ribs; put minced garlic, lemon juice, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine into the pork ribs, and mix well

Finally add a spoonful of honey, mix well, and marinate for more than 5 hours

Pour oil into the pot, put the marinated pork ribs along with the marinade into the pot, stir-fry the sauce until fragrant, wait for the pork ribs to change color, then add hot water to cover the pork ribs, bring to a boil, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes

Reduce the sauce over high heat, add a small spoonful of salt before reducing the sauce

Finally add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce
