Ingredients

Spinach 250g
Carrot to taste
Minced ginger 1 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tsp
White sugar 2 tbsp
Chicken essence 1 tsp
Salt 1g
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Sichuan peppercorns to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Crushed nuts to taste
