Hairtail Qi-Nourishing Soup
Tonifies the middle and boosts qi; warms and nourishes the spleen and stomach. Suitable for chronic diarrhea, rectal prolapse, uterine prolapse, and qi and blood deficiency.
Ingredients
Hairtail (remove gills and innards, wash, and cut into 10 cm long segments)

Astragalus root (wash, place in a gauze bag, and tie)

Roasted bitter orange peel (wash, place in a gauze bag, and tie)

Cooking wine

Scallion
to taste

Prepare the ingredients
Remove the gills and innards from the hairtail, wash thoroughly, and cut into 10 cm long segments. Wash the astragalus root and roasted bitter orange peel, place them in a gauze bag, and tie it shut.

Pan-fry and simmer
Heat the wok and add cooking oil. Place the hairtail segments in the oil and lightly fry them, then add an appropriate amount of water along with the herb bag, cooking wine, fine salt, scallion, and ginger. Simmer until the fish is cooked through.

Finish the dish
Discard the herb bag and remove the scallion and ginger. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and the dish is ready.
