Hand-Shredded Pork with Tangy Dipping Sauce

Story

This bright, zesty Chinese cold pork dish features tender hand-torn pork paired with a specially crafted savory dipping sauce, whose layered flavor and smooth mouthfeel are perfectly enhanced when pre-chilled in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

deboned meat to taste
pumpkin to taste
Zhen Xuan dipping sauce 200ml

Instructions

1

Step 1

Ingredients: meat pulled off the bone, pumpkin

2

Step 2

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and inner pulp, shred it with a grater, then blanch it in boiling water. (Pumpkin is relatively firm; using a grater saves time and effort. Do not blanch the pumpkin for too long, otherwise it will turn mushy and break into small pieces)

3

Step 3

Tear the meat pulled off the large bones into thin strips

4

Step 4

Drained pumpkin shreds and shredded meat

5

Step 5

Add Zhenxuan tossed sauce and mix well

6

Step 6

When serving, sprinkle with chopped scallions and mix well
