Honey Garlic Oven-Baked Pork Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone tender ribs marinated in a sweet and savory glaze, then roasted to caramelized perfection. This easy oven method delivers restaurant-quality results with minimal fuss.
Story
These ribs are marinated overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate deep into the meat. The low-and-slow roasting method ensures tenderness while the honey creates a beautiful caramelized crust.
Ingredients
Instructions
Prepare the ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Cut into individual portions if desired.
Make the marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add the oil and stir to combine.
Marinate overnight
Place ribs in a shallow dish or zip-lock bag. Pour the marinade over the ribs, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Roast to perfection
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange ribs in a single layer, spooning any leftover marinade on top. Cover tightly with another sheet of foil. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 5-7 minutes longer until the edges are caramelized and slightly crisp. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
