Preparing the peach flesh
Peel and pit the fat peaches, cut them into rolling-cut wedges, place in a bowl with 100g of clear water, steam in the steamer until fully cooked, then remove.
Steaming
Drain off the original liquid from the steamed peach flesh, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Reducing the syrup
Place clear water, rock sugar, and granulated sugar in a wok, simmer over low heat until thick and syrupy, then add honey and osmanthus sauce and stir well to combine into a honey syrup.
Pouring the syrup
Pour the honey syrup over the steamed peach flesh, sprinkle with green and red candied shreds, and it is ready to serve.
