Prep the Chicken
Take the 3 chicken wings and separate them into drumettes and flats by cutting through the joint at the root. Place the pieces in a mixing bowl.
Make the Marinade
Add the minced ginger, BBQ seasoning powder, chili powder, light soy sauce, and chicken bouillon powder to the bowl with the wings. Mix everything thoroughly until the wings are evenly coated.
Marinate
Cover the bowl and let the chicken sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours to absorb the flavors. Halfway through, give the pieces a stir or flip them with chopsticks to ensure even seasoning.
Roast
