Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes

Ingredients

Potato 1 piece
Celery to taste
Dried red chili strips to taste
White vinegar 2 small spoons
Salt 1 small spoon

Peel the potato

Cut into strips, rinse repeatedly with water to remove surface starch, then soak in clean water and set aside

Cut celery into strips, rinse the dried chili pepper strips
