Iced Chocolate
A concentrated chocolate coffee syrup, served over ice cubes with milk.
Ingredients
sugar
250 g
filtered water
300 ml
cocoa powder
60 g
instant espresso powder
2 tsp
milk
1.25 l

Step 1
Dissolve the sugar in the water over low heat, then bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the cocoa powder and espresso powder.

Set aside to cool, then refrigerate until ready to use.

Pour 50–90 ml into a glass, add the milk, and serve in a chilled glass with ice cubes.
