Step 1
Dice the onion, dice the ham, slice the white mushrooms, beat 3 eggs until fluffy (add a pinch of salt), and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a wok with a little oil and stir-fry the ham until fragrant. Add the onion, corn kernels, cooked green peas, and cooked rice. Press and break apart until the rice is loose and separated.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of Korean chili paste to the wok, stir-fry until the sauce develops its color, then toss together with the rice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Just before removing from the heat, add 10g of butter and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the egg mixture into a heated wok, stir and cook until half-cooked, then lay it over the fried rice. Sprinkle with a little black pepper and crushed seaweed and serve.
