pork spare ribs 500g
sliced ginger as needed
Shaoxing cooking wine 1 tablespoon
salt 2g
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
rice vinegar 3 tablespoons
white sugar 4 tablespoons

Wash the pork ribs, pour a small amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, sauté the ginger slices, then add the ribs.
