Fry Shrimp Balls
Add the shrimp balls to the pan to fry. Start with high heat and hot oil, then reduce to medium heat, flip evenly to fry until fully cooked, with consistent doneness inside and out, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Prepare the Flavor Sauce
Heat rendered lard in a separate pot, add minced garlic and shredded ingredients, stir-fry, then pour in the braising sauce, bring to a boil and thicken with starch, add more rendered lard and stir evenly.

Serve the Dish
Arrange the shrimp balls on a plate, drizzle the thickened sauce over them, and serve. It is best eaten while hot.
