Ingredients

egg tart shells 11
mango 1
black sesame seeds appropriate amount
beaten egg yolk appropriate amount

Instructions

1

Step 1

Take the egg tart shells out and place them on a baking tray to thaw completely.

2

Step 2

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces.

3

Step 3

Place 2-3 small pieces of mango into each egg tart shell.

4

Step 4

Fold both sides of the egg tart shells toward the middle.

5

Step 5

Place the baking tray on the middle rack of a preheated oven and bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 20 minutes.

6

Step 6

After the mango pastries have baked for 10 minutes, press the pause button on the oven, take out the baking tray, and remove the foil from the egg tart shells.

7

Step 7

Brush an appropriate amount of beaten whole egg onto the mango pastries.

8

Step 8

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds—don't use too many, as they are just for decoration; white sesame seeds also work. Return to the oven and continue baking at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for another 10 minutes.
