Ingredients

flour 250 g
butter (softened) 75 g
peanut oil 2 tbsp
onion (chopped) 2
minced meat 300 g
eggs 3
flat-leaf parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp
salt to taste

Instructions

1

Make the pastry dough

In a large bowl, combine the flour and butter pieces with a pinch of salt. Rub quickly with your fingertips, then add cold water and knead into a dough that does not stick to the hands and rolls out easily. Shape into a ball, cover, and let rest for 1 hour.

2

Make the filling

Heat oil in a flat pan, sauté the chopped onion for a few minutes, add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about ten minutes. Remove and set aside. Beat the eggs and spread into a thin omelet, let cool, then chop. Combine with the parsley and the meat-onion mixture.

3

Shape and fry

Roll out the dough and cut into 10 cm rounds. Place a small amount of filling on each round and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Heat the frying oil and fry in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
