Wash the cabbage and cut into strips, set aside; mince the ginger and garlic, chop the green onion (ginger, garlic, and green onion were forgotten in the photo)

Heat up the wok with an appropriate amount of base oil until it is 50% hot, add the minced meat and stir-fry until separated, then add two teaspoons of cooking wine
