Minced Pork with Green Beans

Green beans (remove strings, wash and drain)

Pork (wash and mince)

Finely diced scallion

Finely diced pickled mustard tuber

Minced garlic

Cooking oil (for stir-frying)

Prepare ingredients
Wash the pork and mince it; remove the strings from the green beans, wash them and drain the water.

Stir-fry the green beans
Add the green beans to the oiled wok and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then remove and drain excess oil.

Stir-fry the minced pork
Heat the wok, add oil, then stir-fry the minced pork, diced scallion and diced pickled mustard tuber for a short while. Add the green beans, then add water, and cook over high heat until the sauce reduces and dries up.

Season and serve
Add salt and MSG, mix in the minced garlic and serve. To keep the green beans' color, do not add salt too early.
