Mixed Char Siu and Eel Fried Rice

On weekends when I'm unsure what to cook, fried rice always comes to mind — it's quick, easy, and endlessly customizable. Add whatever you like: some prefer a luxurious version with black truffle, abalone, dried scallops, and egg-white fried rice, while others keep it simple with classic egg fried rice. Truly a dish for any budget. When I can't think of what to make for the family, a pot of fried rice is my go-to. This recipe is simple, delicious, and loved by the whole family.
