Ingredients

leftover rice 1 bowl
shiitake mushroom as needed
lean pork as needed
scallion as needed
ginger as needed
starch as needed
corn oil as needed
soy sauce as needed
Five-spice powder to taste
Refined salt to taste
MSG to taste

Instructions

Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, tear the large pieces of mushrooms into small pieces, wash them clean, and put them into boiling water to blanch until cooked.
