Northern Apricot and Pork Lung Soup
Cut pig's lungs into chunks and simmer with northern apricots (northern almonds). Season with ginger juice and salt once the soup is done. Traditionally valued for easing coughs, clearing phlegm, and nourishing the lungs.

Pork lung (cut into pieces and washed)
250 g
Northern apricot kernels
10 g
Ginger juice (pour in when soup is almost done)
1-2 tbsp
Salt
to taste

Make the soup
Cut the pork lung into pieces and wash thoroughly. Combine with the northern apricot kernels and add an appropriate amount of water to simmer into a soup.

When the soup is nearly done, pour in 1–2 tablespoons of ginger juice and season with salt to taste.
