Cut the potato into small pieces

Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes; if there is no microwave, you can steam it in a pot

Mash while hot, then set aside for later use

Mince the chicken into a paste, add starch, salt, oyster sauce, and thirteen-spice powder and mix well, place in the microwave for 3 minutes, and after one and a half minutes add shredded carrot and chopped green onion and stir, then place back in the microwave

After the meat paste has cooked for 3 minutes, add the mashed potato and mix well, then roll into balls
Step 6
Place in the microwave on high heat for 1 minute and it is ready to serve; the entire process is oil-free and very healthy; if you prefer pork, you can substitute pork
