Chinese Cabbage and Vermicelli Soup

Story

This simple soup comes together quickly, offering a warm balance of soft cabbage and slippery vermicelli. A final splash of white vinegar and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro add a bright, aromatic lift to the bowl.

Ingredients

Napa cabbage 3 leaves
Glass noodles 30g
Scallion to taste
Salt 1 tbsp
MSG 0.5 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Cilantro to taste
Ginger to taste
Sichuan peppercorn powder 0.5 tbsp

Shred the cabbage, mince the green onion and ginger

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the green onion and ginger to sauté until fragrant
