Old Duck and Pork Tripe Soup

Ingredients

Old duck (cut into pieces and precooked) 1/2 (about 800 g)
Pork tripe (washed, sliced and precooked) 200 g
Green onions (washed and cut into segments) 3
Ginger (smashed) 1
Cooking oil 20 g
Cooking wine 2 tsp
White pepper a pinch
Fine salt 2 tsp
MSG 1 tsp

Instructions

Prepare ingredients

Cut the old duck into pieces and precook; wash the pork tripe, slice and precook; wash the green onions and cut into segments; wash and smash the ginger.

Stewing

Pour oil into the pot, sauté green onion segments and ginger until fragrant, pour in the duck broth, then add the duck pieces and pork tripe; simmer for 40 minutes.

Seasoning

Finally add the seasonings (fine salt, MSG, white pepper) and serve.
