Pan-Fried Pork Slices

Ingredients

Pork leg meat (boiled in light salt water until 80% done, cut into 30 slices) 750 g
Fresh tomatoes (washed with cold boiled water and diced) 400 g
Fresh onions (washed with cold boiled water and minced) 100 g
Boiled potatoes (for side dish) 500 g
Salad oil (for mixing salad) 30 g
Cooking oil (for frying meat) 75 g
Fine salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Light salt water (for boiling meat) to taste

Instructions

1

Pre-processing

Wash the pork, boil it in light salt water until about 80% cooked, then remove and cut into 30 slices. Wash the tomatoes with cold boiled water and dice them; wash the onions with cold boiled water and mince them. Set aside.

2

Pan-frying

Heat a pan and add the cooking oil. When the oil reaches medium heat (about 50% hot), place the pork slices in and pan-fry until both sides are evenly browned and fully cooked. Remove and arrange on a serving plate.

3

Making the side dish

Combine the diced tomatoes, minced onions, fine salt, pepper powder, and salad oil in a bowl and mix well to form a salad. Serve the pan-fried pork slices together with the tomato-onion salad and boiled potatoes.
