water 3L
sugar (amount)

Instructions

Rinse the peanuts, then soak them in salt water for about 6 hours.

Peel the peanuts and remove any damaged or substandard ones. Rinse them and drain off excess water, then place them in the freezer to freeze.

Fully frozen peanut kernels.

Put the frozen peanut kernels directly into a pressure cooker, add about 3 liters of water. Simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
