sliced pork liver 100g
sliced pineapple 50g
scallion segments 1 stalk
shredded chili half a stalk
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon
salt to taste

Pre-freezing preparation 1: Slice the pork liver into thin pieces, spread them flat on baking paper and wrap them up.
