Story

Pork rib noodle soup is a deeply comforting staple in Chinese home cooking, perfect for warming the soul on a chilly day. The magic of this dish lies in its rich, savory broth, which is slowly simmered until the pork ribs become incredibly tender and flavorful. Served over fresh, slurpable noodles, every bowl offers a satisfying and hearty balance of meat, carbs, and soothing liquid warmth.

Ingredients

pork rib soup appropriate amount
dragon whisker dried noodles appropriate amount
quail eggs appropriate amount
chopped scallions a little
salt a little
light soy sauce a little.

Instructions

1

Step 1

Overnight, set the delay timer on the electric pressure cooker to stew the pork ribs.

2

Step 2

The next morning, bring the pork rib soup to a boil again. Pour it into a bowl prepared at the bottom with salt, light soy sauce, and chopped scallions, and set aside.

Step 3

After the water in the cooking pot comes to a boil, add the dried noodles and quickly separate them with chopsticks. Cover with a pot lid.

Add one soup spoonful of pork rib soup over the noodles, arrange the quail eggs on top, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and serve.
