Pork tail (cut into segments, blanched in hot water to remove blood) 2
Carrot (peeled, cut into large chunks) 1
Potato (peeled, cut into large chunks) 1
Tomato (cut into chunks) 1
Broccoli (cut into segments) 1/4
Salt 2 tsp

Step 1

Cut the pork tail into segments and blanch in hot water to remove blood.

Peel the carrots and potatoes, then cut into large chunks.

Cut the tomatoes and broccoli into chunks and segments, set aside.

Combine steps 1, 2, and 3 with 6 cups of water in a rice cooker, press the button, and cook until tender.
