Ingredients

fine flour to taste
egg wash to taste
sesame seeds to taste
water to taste
dry yeast to taste
oil to taste
baking powder to taste
white sugar to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the flour with water, sugar, oil, and yeast to form a dough. Knead until smooth and set aside.

Roll out the pastry dough. Shape the dough into strips, portion it, flatten each piece, and wrap in the pastry.

Step 3

Roll each piece into a duck-egg shape, roll it up, cut from the middle, twist outward into a spiral shape, and flatten again. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
