Red Wine Pear Tart
Simmer pears with red wine and sugar until slightly translucent, arrange on the pie crust, and garnish with piped fresh cream.

Sprinkle some flour over the dough, roll it into a round larger than the mold, and use the mold to cut out the shape.

Place on a baking sheet, prick dozens of holes with a fork, let it rest for 20 minutes, then bake.

Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the cores, soak them in a mixture of the wine and sugar, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the flesh turns slightly translucent, then turn off the heat.
