Ingredients

butter 70g
maple sugar powder 70g
egg liquid 30g
low-gluten flour 100g
baking powder 2g
red wine 20g
edible rose 5 flowers

Instructions

Cut the butter into small dice and let soften at room temperature. Add maple sugar powder and beat with a whisk until fluffy. Add the egg liquid into the butter little by little and stir until evenly mixed.

Mix the cake flour and baking powder, then sift them together into the butter mixture.

Pluck the petals from the edible roses and add them to the mixture, discarding the inner core parts. Add the red wine and stir everything together until evenly mixed.

Use a spoon to scoop uniformly sized portions of the batter and spread them onto a baking tray.

Gently press the batter flat with a fork, then place into an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies have completely puffed up and are lightly colored, then remove.
