Step 1
Soften the butter at room temperature, sift in powdered sugar, beat evenly, then add the egg liquid;

Stir evenly, then add the sifted low-gluten flour and salt;

Stir evenly to form a dough, wrap well in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes;
Step 4
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the work surface, take out the chilled dough, roll it out into a thin sheet about 3mm thick, and press out cookie dough shapes with various shaped cookie cutters;

Carefully transfer the cookie dough pieces onto a baking pan lined with aluminum foil;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the baking pan in the middle rack, top and bottom heat, bake for about 12 minutes, take out and let cool, then it is ready to be decorated with colored icing and sugar pearls.

How to make colored icing: egg white and lemon juice should be mixed in little by little, slowly adjusting to the appropriate consistency;

Cover the temporarily unused icing with a damp cloth to prevent it from air drying;

If the icing dries out, you can add a little bit of lemon juice and mix it again until smooth;

Start by adding 2 drops of food coloring, then gradually adjust according to the color; do not add too much at once.
