Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the purchased fish segments and prepare the ingredients
Step 2
Slice the fish
Step 3
After slicing, add ginger, cooking wine, fish marinade packet, and egg white, then marinate for a while
Step 4
Since there are children at home, only use dried chili peppers to enhance the aroma without making it too spicy; stir-fry the dried chili peppers in oil until fragrant
Step 5
Remove and set aside
Step 6
Pour in the pickled vegetable packet and stir-fry for two minutes, then add the seasoning sauce packet and stir evenly
Step 7
Pour in clear water to cover the pickled vegetables, add the seasoning packet, salt (since the ingredients and pickled vegetables are already salty, do not add too much), sugar, and light soy sauce
Step 8
Chop the green onions, garlic, and dried chili peppers
Step 9
When the pickled vegetable soup boils, add the fish pieces with bones first and cook for 2 minutes
Step 10
Then add the fish slices
Step 11
Cover the pot and cook until the fish slices are just cooked through; do not cook for too long, otherwise the fish slices will become mushy
Step 12
Sprinkle with green onions, garlic, and chili peppers upon serving
Step 13
Pour a stream of hot oil over it; the aroma overflows, and it goes perfectly with rice!
