Grass carp 800g
Pickled vegetable seasoning pack 4 small packets in total
Dried chili peppers a little
Scallions 2 stalks
Minced garlic a little
Egg white 1
Salt to taste
Light soy sauce a little
Ginger a few slices
Sugar to taste

Clean the purchased fish segments and prepare the ingredients
