Ingredients

frozen bread dough 3 (per 1 lb)
bulk hot pork sausage 1 lb
bulk mild pork sausage 1 lb
bulk sage pork sausage 1 lb
smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage (cooked, cut into 1/2-inch cubes) 1 lb
shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups (8 oz)
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 2 cups (8 oz)
grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
ripe olives (drained and sliced) 1 can (6 oz)
stuffed olives (drained and sliced) 1 can (5-3/4 oz)
butter (melted) 3 tbsp

Instructions

1

Prepare dough

Thaw the frozen dough on a greased baking sheet according to package instructions; let rise until almost double in size.

2

Cook the filling

Meanwhile, brown the pork sausages in a large skillet until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the Polish sausage, cheeses, and olives; set aside.

3

Shape the loaves

Roll each piece of dough into a 17x9-inch rectangle. Spread one-third of the sausage mixture over each rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll up like a jelly roll, starting from the long side. Pinch the seams; place seam-side down on greased baking sheets. Shape each rope into a ring; pinch the ends together to seal.

4

Bake

Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter while warm. Refrigerate or freeze for storage.
