Ingredients

Pizza dough:
yogurt 120g
yeast 4g
high-gluten flour 120g
low-gluten flour 80g
sugar 3g
salt 3g
butter 20g
pizza sauce:
butter 20g
half onion
garlic (minced) 5 slices
tomato sauce small half bowl
water small half bowl
crushed black pepper 1 spoon
sugar 1/4 small spoon
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pizza herb 1 tsp
Prepare the pizza toppings:
Green peas
Corn
Mushrooms
Bell peppers
Sausage
onion
mozzarella cheese

Instructions

For the pizza dough, dissolve the yeast in yogurt.

Put both types of flour and sugar into a bowl, mix well, pour in the yeast liquid, stir well, and knead into a dough.

Add salt and knead. Add 20g of softened butter, repeatedly knead until absorbed, and slam the dough until it forms a smooth dough (I used a bread machine to knead).

Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to ferment for 40 minutes.

Take out the fermented dough, press out the air, and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
