Boneless chicken thigh 2
Cucumber 1
Garlic cloves 3
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken bouillon powder 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Prep the Ingredients

Dice the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized cubes. Cut the cucumber into similar-sized chunks. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Place the chicken cubes in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is well coated and let it sit for a few minutes.
