Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

Tomato sauce to taste
Starch to taste
Sugar to taste

Step 1

Defrost the shrimp ahead of time, wash and make a slit on the back, add an appropriate amount of salt, pepper, starch, and cooking oil, stir well, and marinate for ten minutes.

Prepare the tomato and tomato sauce.

Cut the tomato into small cubes and set aside.

Prepare the sauce: add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, sugar, starch, and water into a bowl, stir well, and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the marinated shrimp and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.

Leave the remaining oil in the pan, add the diced tomato and stir-fry until juice comes out.
