Step 1
Trim off the shrimp's sharp spines and eyes with kitchen scissors, dice the onion and tomato into small cubes, crush and finely mince the garlic, beat the eggs and set aside, and chop the green onions.
Step 2
Heat the pan, add salad oil, add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant and softened.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and stir-fry briefly until the shrimp turn red.
Step 4
Add a packet of Singapore chili paste and stir-fry briefly, pour in 100CC of water and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add the diced tomatoes and mix well.
Step 6
Mix the seasoning powder with 40ML of water until well combined, and pour it in to thicken the sauce.
Step 7
Pour in the beaten eggs to form egg ribbons, do not stir immediately..
Step 8
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.. dish out.
