Enoki mushrooms, cilantro, and rice peppers: remove the roots, wash clean, and set aside.

After washing, tear them open; tear them into small pieces.

Place neatly in a dish; once the water is boiling, steam in the pot for five minutes and that's it.

In a small bowl, add aromatic vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, MSG, white sugar, fried chili peppers, rice pepper segments, sesame oil, and a small amount of cooled boiled water; mix well! Use the time while steaming the enoki mushrooms to prepare the sauce (adjust according to your own taste).
