Ingredients

Noodles 250 g
Diced pork 150 g
Yellow soybean paste 40 g
Chili powder to taste
Chopped scallion to taste
Shaoxing wine to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Lard to taste
Sugar to taste
Soy sauce to taste
MSG to taste

Instructions

1

Make the spicy sauce

Heat a wok until hot. When the oil is about eighty percent hot, add the chopped scallion and chili powder and fry until fragrant. Add the diced pork and stir-fry for a moment. Add the yellow soybean paste and Shaoxing wine and continue stir-frying until the pork is cooked. When the meat and the sauce begin to separate, add the sugar and a small amount of clear broth, stir-fry for another moment, add the MSG, drizzle with sesame oil, and the spicy sauce is ready.

2

Boil the noodles and serve

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles. When the noodles are done, transfer them to a large soup bowl, add the spicy sauce on top, and serve.
