Prepare one piece of chicken breast.

Set aside the green peppers, red peppers, and cilantro stalks.

Prepare all the seasonings (oyster sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, starch, salt).

Trim the tendons and films from the chicken breast and cut into strips.

Remove seeds and stems from the green and red peppers, cut into strips; cut the cilantro stalks into sections.

Cut the ginger into shreds and slice the garlic.

Add ginger, garlic, starch, and oyster sauce to the chicken breast.

Add cooking oil.
