Spicy Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage

Preparing the cabbage
Remove the yellowed outer leaves from the Chinese cabbage, wash it, cut it into quarters, then slice straight into rib-shaped pieces.

Stir-frying
Place a wok over high heat, heat the cooking oil, and fry the Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers (cut into segments), and minced ginger until fragrant. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry quickly, pour in the soy sauce and vinegar, bring to a boil, then sprinkle in the MSG, stir-fry a few times, and serve immediately.
