Steamed Crab Legs with Garlic

Story

The crab legs are partially shelled to expose the meat, then steamed until tender with aromatic minced garlic. Served atop soft glass noodles that soak up the savory juices, this dish is finished with a drizzle of hot oil over fresh green onions for a fragrant, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

King crab legs 6 pieces
Glass noodles 1 small roll
Salad oil to taste
Garlic head 1 piece
Steamed fish soy sauce 2 spoons
Chopped green onions to taste

Instructions

The purchased king crab is pre-cooked and frozen; thaw it.

Remove the long large crab legs, then cut off the middle sections.

Use scissors to cut away half of the crab leg shell to expose the crab meat.

Peel the garlic and mince it into minced garlic in advance, add some steamed fish soy sauce, pour in hot oil to fragrant it, then mix well and set aside.

Soak the vermicelli until soft in advance, then line the bottom of a plate with it.

Spread the crab legs flat on top of the vermicelli.

Add some minced garlic onto each piece of crab leg meat.

Boil water in a pot, then steam for 6 to 7 minutes.
