Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the dried cordyceps flowers and soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften. Drain well and set aside. Cut the lean pork into bite-sized cubes, approximately 2cm in size.
Marinate the Pork
Place the pork cubes in a mixing bowl. Add the soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger slices. Mix thoroughly to ensure the meat is evenly coated. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Assemble and Steam
Arrange the marinated pork in a shallow heatproof dish, spreading it out evenly. Scatter the soaked cordyceps flowers over the top of the meat. Place the dish in a steamer over boiling water and cover tightly. Steam for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and tender.
