cooked ham (shredded) 10 g

cooked bamboo shoot (shredded) 50 g
large shiitake mushroom (stemmed and cleaned) 1

Divide the ham shreds into three equal portions, stand them upright in the bowl to partition it into three equal sections. Add one portion of chicken shreds and two portions of bamboo shoot shreds to each section. Finally, place the pork shreds in the center of the bowl, press firmly, sprinkle with fine salt, and pour in some fresh broth.

2

Steam

Steam in a steamer for approximately 15 minutes, then invert into a soup bowl.

Add broth

Bring the fresh broth to a boil, skim off any foam, season to taste, drizzle in rendered lard, and gently pour into the soup bowl to serve.
