Stewed Pork with Polygonatum

Stewed Pork with Polygonatum

Ingredients

Polygonatum (cleaned, cut into small pieces) 50 g
Lean pork (cleaned, cut into small pieces) 200 g
Scallion to taste
Ginger (sliced or smashed) to taste
Cooking wine to taste
Salt to taste
MSG (add when serving) a pinch

Instructions

Cut into pieces

Wash the Polygonatum and lean pork, cut them into small pieces measuring 3.3 cm in length and 1.6 cm in width respectively.

Stew

Place the Polygonatum and lean pork pieces into a clay pot (casserole), add a suitable amount of water, then add scallion, ginger, salt and cooking wine. Stew over water until fully cooked.
