Heat a small amount of oil in a pot. Once the oil is hot, add the scallion and ginger strips to fry the aromatics. Then add the blanched bok choy segments, bamboo shoots, and cooked carrot slices, and stir-fry briefly. Add an appropriate amount of soup, and once the soup comes to a boil, add salt, Sichuan peppercorn water, and tofu. Simmer over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, then add MSG and cilantro segments before serving.
