Celery 200g
Green peppers 5 pieces
Millet peppers 10 pieces
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sweet potato flour appropriate amount
Olive oil appropriate amount
Water splash

Instructions

1

Step 1

Wash the local white celery and remove the roots.

2

Step 2

Cut into long sections.

3

Step 3

Wash the green and red peppers and remove the stems.

4

Step 4

Cut them into lengths similar to the celery.

5

Step 5

Place the prepared vegetables on a plate. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, mix well with salt and pepper, then coat with sweet potato flour.

6

Step 6

Heat the olive oil in the pan slightly, then add the beef strips.

7

Step 7

Stir-fry until evenly mixed and the color changes.

8

Step 8

Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry over high heat.

9

Step 9

Stir-fry until the spicy aroma is released, then mix well with the beef.

10

Step 10

Add the celery sections and stir-fry together.

11

Step 11

To reduce fat intake, I used very little oil, so you can add a splash of clear water to help stir-fry.

12

Step 12

After adding water, cover the pot for one minute to let the celery cook through.

13

Step 13

Add salt to season.

14

Step 14

The spicy Stir-fried Beef with Celery and Two Peppers is ready to serve!
