Stir-fried Beef with Celery and Two Peppers

Step 1
Wash the local white celery and remove the roots.

Cut into long sections.
Step 3
Wash the green and red peppers and remove the stems.
Step 4
Cut them into lengths similar to the celery.
Step 5
Place the prepared vegetables on a plate. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, mix well with salt and pepper, then coat with sweet potato flour.

Heat the olive oil in the pan slightly, then add the beef strips.

Stir-fry until evenly mixed and the color changes.

Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until the spicy aroma is released, then mix well with the beef.

Add the celery sections and stir-fry together.

To reduce fat intake, I used very little oil, so you can add a splash of clear water to help stir-fry.

After adding water, cover the pot for one minute to let the celery cook through.
